Nice pun, though I don’t think it was intended. Dino’s post was on track with this thread. What’s up with all of these people trying to tell the old guard how to act in a thread they’ve provided valuable insight for years? And before any newbies complain about my join date, this is a new username. I’ve been on FC since ‘09 and am on my second CS. That being said, I’m being tempted to trade the CS by the dark side of the 991.2 GT3 RS.

1000% agree with this. Look back in history a bit and it reveals the 355 Challenge was a ' kit ' you retro applied to the regular F355! So absolutely yes you can track a Ferrari road car, they are made for it! If you strip away all of the convenience and creature comforts the production cars are quite close to a Challenge car with a bit of subset/superset going on with some parts like brakes and suspension. Which funny enough is exactly what the CS is, a road going challenge car, hint is in the name! ... So why shouldn't you track it? The Challenge Stradale design was track focused so it would be a crying shame for these cars NOT to see at least some track time under their wheels. Ferrari designed them from the outset to allow customers to enjoy them on the track without their brakes fading and understeer limiting fun. This especially holds true on all the 360 and F430 era cars. Ofcourse you can get carried away a bit with upgrading and end up with something like this... And yes its been extensively tracked but also very well looked after with more parts changed for new than most 360's have in their entire lifetime Image Unavailable, Please Login

and yet one of the least popular colors when they were new. Tops were the two reds then blue and the yellow with black surprisingly rare. Silver was a tough sell. There also seemed to be a negative attitude toward the leather. The ordering seemed to be greatly influenced by the red on red launch car. Blu TdF also got more attention because Ferrari promoted that color to with the launch.
I think nurburgring is one of the worst colors regardless of model, but the CS somehow makes it work OK. Also I prefer leather interior. Gimme a break with Alcantara weight savings.
Are u on crack? Argento is top 3 in any car. Argento f50 or laf to die for Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
No, not crack. It's a matter of opinion, not fact. Argento is the worst mainline Ferrari color in my view...and I think it's especially bad on any of the modern cars. ANY f50 or laf is to die for regardless of color. To a lesser extent same with the CS, which is why this one works. And now as a perfect segue, and to keep this thread from veering into a generic color thread, here's the moment you've all been asking for: my list of best CS colors! 1. Yellow! best color for all 360s (yes, my spider is yellow) 2. Blue TDF...or any of the other blues. 3. Black (preferably daytona) 4. Titanio 5. White 6. Scudaria 7. Corsa 8. Argento 9. That green one
Black is actually the second most popular color in the registry if you add up Nero, Nero Daytona and black (black can be Nero or Nero Daytona, it’s hard to say exactly which color without a paintcode sticker). It adds up to around 10% for the 796 cars in the public registry. http://challengestradale.com/stats.html Image Unavailable, Please Login

Mike - can't let this post go by without taking the oppty to say "thanks" to you for your amazing CS website and all the work you put into it!
Thanks. I appreciate that! It does take a lot of time to update and maintain the site but it's all fun and a hobby for me. It's great to hear people enjoy the website and actually visit/use it
Your site is the point of reference for CS worldwide. Whenever you want tot talk about this car, everybody knows this is the best place for all details.
I’ll ditto that 2x!! Prior to me purchasing the RS from FOH 2 weeks ago, I would’ve made a major mistake this summer on a preliminary purchase if this resource was not available
