Thanks! Here’s a pic from the house before leaving for Monterey. No actually it’s a custom made carbon fiber Testarossa lid. The sides skirts and front lip spoiler are also carbon fiber.
I haven't tackled it yet, but he said it's a simple job. You remove the front grill, then there are a only few screws keeping you from removing the lenses. Since they're glass, and not plastic, the usual sanding down of the exterior plastic doesn't apply. Once you get them out (and protect them with your life), the lenses just need to be cleaned with glass cleaner or a vinegar solution. It's been highly recommended to apply a protective film over the glass afterwards. Of course, after talking to him, and then coming back to Fchat, I found all of the info I needed through a search. I should probably just archive all of Melvok's post on my computer for quick reference. https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/foggy-512tr-fog-lights.471578/ https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/512m-headlight-haze.265168/
Interesting- any mechanical mods on that car or just those external changes? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

i never was into luggage but when i bought my tr it was so complete that the luggage set really was important to me to have a complete car.i have a set of orig black luggage set never used like new i stored them incase if i ever show the car will bring them out
I think its beautiful stuff and I would show it if my car came with it. I am not much on the marque hats, socks, shoes, pants and that sort of thing but everyone has their opinions and fun for themselves.
I have some brand new tan Ferrari California full power seats that I'm thinking about installing in my 90 TR to update the interior. Ferrari sort of missed on the interior and center console but bumped the seats up on the 512.
