    Boungiorno a tutti,

Domani io vilo a Roma. Io lascio di Milano en due dos sentimanne. Yo quiero visitare il Museo di Ferrari.

Translation: Tomorrow I fly to Rome. I leave from Milan in 2 weeks. I wish to visit the Ferrari Museum

My Italian is not that good, and I’m half Italian (my mother was born and raised in Italy- she “ran away” to the US at 20). I’ve been to Italy 25-30 times- skiing, business, Elba, ALL of North Italy, 2 summers in Sardinia, honeymoon near Porto Villa, etc- but never thought to visit the Ferrari factory/museum until now. But what need I know? Who else to ask but my Mondial “familia”.

All you need to do is arrive in Maranello , purchase your ticket, then enjoy the museum !

You may even be able to still purchase a bus tour of the factory...

An “ owners tour “ would have required some advance planning on your part.

    Have fun!!

I was there last year, it was great. Don't forget the Enzo museum too, I actually liked it better. Also call Ferrari Portland, ask what it would take to get a owner tour..they may jus make you pay for an expensive oil change if there is a spot available.

    Enjoy and ciao!

Whats the difference between an ordinary tour from an owner's tour?

    Thanks in advance ,

Bus tour starts out at the Ferrari Museum , bus drives through a portion of the factory with the tour guide pointing out different POI.

An owners tour , you enter through the old entrance , some of the tour is in a bus ( from building to building ) you get out and walk into and through a few buildings, and certainly see more!

Paul l, I specifically remember you reporting/commenting on a/the “willowy” blond with heels going on the factory tour. I’m thinking that’s why you think you were on the same tour as Gerald!! Lol

I also got a ticket in front of Enzo's house. LOL. The street I got the ticket on was appropriately named "Paul (Paolo) Ferrari" (suitable for framing) - was driving an Alfa Romeo though. :)

it was a great car, but even with a whole week and 1,000+ miles with the Giulia - the Mondial is still leagues more exciting to drive (even though it is much slower), I found myself pining for that 30-year-old car to drive in Italy. A true testament to how amazing Mondials are.
