I vaguely recall someone talking about aftermarket exhausts for the Lusso.

Anyone recall or remember the posts?

I have stock exhaust but Capristo remote valve bypass. Car is still a GT but now I can have it loud all the time! I think KLINE makes an inconel system for the Lusso, sounds good but a little too much for my usage... now when the 812 comes that is a different story!

Was me, capristo boxes are available since my post.

I suggest first going with disconnecting exhaust valve and using x-pipe before going with the full-blown exhaust unless one of you gents has done a few '000 kms and can advise if the boxes are "needed "or not......I sense they won't be needed on her....of course one can to all out with low restriction cats etc but that's seems a bit much on a 2+2 with 4 pax.....

FWIW and FYI, KLINE is not comparable to NR or Capristo...812= full setup low restriction cats etc etc etc

Thanks! Guess I'll start with a bypass switch and go from there.

Suggest x-pipe for when you leave the valve open and car at idle/low RPM --- completely eliminates the "drone"

Since you are in US here is capristo link http://www.capristoexhaust.com/shop/ferrari-ff they don't have the GTC4L on web site yet.

NR screen shot below. Their website at least states that GTC4L stuff coming very soon (I know from my supplier it's 1-2 weeks away). I don't recommend anything more than their x-pipe for your GTC4L as everything else is so over priced and outsourced/produced by 3rd party anyways....

Personally, and I have no idea why, on my FF I went with with NR's x-pipe combined with Capristo remote valve control and boxes + NR ECU re-map which I won't Do with my GTC4L though

Capristo doesnt have the system available yet for teh GTC4Lusso.

    BUT

The Novitec System IS in development. Expect the release for that system in the next week or two. :)

Picked up the Lusso and have the bypass installed. WAY TOO quiet. The bypass does virtually nothing. In fact at first I thought it wasn't even working.

Disagree. I've got the valves fully opened and have added X-pipe - car is perfect!

Sooo were hoping the GTC4 Lusso Exhaust Programme from Novitec will be released in a few weeks. I will certainly keep you updated on that.

In the meantime, Klien has completed their exhaust setup. It is completely modular so you can do different setups. Here is a video of the full Inconel System (Stainless is also available)

Here is the complete RACE Setup with 200 Cell Cats, the X-Pipe, and Valved Rear Section.

Feel Free to reach out to via email ([email protected]), Call us, or PM me for more information....

C64 what did you end up doing? The car is epic quite omg... I have the valve control unit going in this weekend but from what I am hearing it won't do much. Re: @F12KID guessing I also need the X-Pipe?

Passed on anything more than the useless bypass. I've got my V12 fix now after modding out the TDF!

Well that's nice, maybe I can borrow the TDF some time. Hehe. Until then I gotta fix my muted beast, how many hours did they charge to install the valve control unit? They are quoting me 3-4 days.. Wtf!?

Here is a video of the full Novitec system (cat replacement pipes, x-pipe, and valved exhaust) on the GTC4. Sounds absolutely incredible in my opinion.

If you want a nice V12 sound but don't want to head straight to a full system we recommend the valved exhaust and x-pipe without cat replacement pipes.

Another option would be installing the x-pipe with the Novitec Switchtronic to actuate the factory valves.

Let us know if you have any questions!
