Really. A little breather and then the "World 600" (I hadda...) (whatever the heck it's called these days.)
zing looks like you and your dad had fun. high in T1 is a great place to watch. happy for Sato, great guy who always puts on a show at Indy.
Actually, on rethink, if there's, let's say, a black car parked and you ask two people what color they think it is, and one says "blue" and one says "green"; their opinions would be wrong.
I was watching this race, and thought: Alonso passed up Monaco to race with the likes of Alexander Rossi, Tacuma Sato, and Juan Pablo Montoya? Interesting timing. Just after Sato passes two cars to jump from 4th to 2nd, Alonso's mill says, "I quit". Remember Montreal a dozen years ago or so, when Sato in a back marker car passed Alonso's Renault? Fred is going to dislike N.America. I like Sato's comment when asked to compare today to his 2012 loss to Dario: Well, this time I pointed the car in the right direction.
Consider the headline "F1 Veteran wins Indy 500 for Andretti Autosport". It's just not the "F1 Veteran" everyone was talking about!
An opinion is by nature SUBJECTIVE and don't need to be backed by facts. Therefore an opinion cannot be wrong.
Haha! Yes, many have proven that, just go to P&R...but yeah, it was a joke. You don't have to laugh if you don't want to.
"I felt at home, I'm not American, but I felt really proud to racer here"- Fernando Alonso [ame]www.youtube.com/watch?v=hT9kpFsRtTE[/ame]
He was interviewed after the engine cut loose and he told the interviewer he would definitely want to return and it was one of the best experiences of his career.
There was speculation that it was the "maxed out" mills that didn't go the distance. The whole aftermarket industry for ricers is based on trading reliability for performance.
