@afiqmeister Thank you! Do you mean the black one at the dealership "automobil manufactur" from ~2007? The car(s) should now be part of the car collection of the Royal Family of Johor and has(have) been restored by AMG. Maybe they are now on their way back thus i hope that there will appear some new Pictures of them. @3604u One auction was in April 2016. I guess they announce the auctions close to the date itself.
Hi Basman007, im the son of Uwe Gemballa! just came across your post of the Avalanche of the Sultan of Brunei. Unfortunately for the prictures doesnt work. Do you still have the photos or have an idea where to find them Appreciate your help! Best, Marc
Let's keep this thread alive! A nice page with some old photos from Brunei: Cyber Info: GAMBAR KOLEKSI KERETA KERABAT DIRAJA SULTAN BRUNEI
A nice article regarding the Dauer 962 LeMans. Quote: "The Sultan of Brunei -his royal highness Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah aka Sultan of Brunei and his brother Prince Jeffrey Brunei- own three examples. Dauer technicians flew to Brunei regarly to perform maintence on the 962 at Jerudong Park Workshop, Brunei. However, some issues came up with Prince Jeffrey which resulted in the Sultan, outraged by his brother's "issues", exiling him from the country. At this time the Sultan, for either financial or emotional reasons, ceased spending money on automobiles and locked up the cars. And the garage with around 5000 cars is currently locked up... Jerudong workshop is in Jerudong Park. the "playground" of the sultan, where he indulges in his favourite pastime, polo. Jerudong Park is a huge complex with a polo stadium, luxurious stables, a golf course and trapshooting and croquet facilities. Unfortunately, you'll only be allowed in if you've been invited. Oh, I forgot to mention the warehouses where he stashes his cars." The ultimate BMW M5 journey through Europe

Pics of a DeTomaso Pantera and a Lamborghini Espada rotting in Brunei, most probably at the place where the Amadeo-car-auctions take place: A sad Pantera
I got a thing for old photos from Brunei. You gotta see these two: Ferrari 456 Venice: http://rmsmotoring.com/forum/attachments/456vsw1-jpg.111325/ Ferrari F50: http://rmsmotoring.com/forum/attachments/f50no1-jpg.111328/
But why only F50... when you can take it to F90? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

That's a disgrace - just like most of the cars on this thread. It makes me so mad. I bet that Pantera probably had very little mileage on it.
The Sultan is a not a good man. He has implemented Sharia Law in his country. Over the years there are countless stories of him and his brother raping beauty queens from the Philippines and other parts of the world. There was even the case of the Miss USA a few years back who was attacked by this miscreant. His hotels in Hollywood were boycotted. Don't give the sleaze bag the time of day; so what if he has a lot of nice cars.
You make a very good point. It's like talking about the Kartrashians or Justa Beaver-- not worth wasting the time.
MEGA GALLERY I created here: Brunei, the secret collection. - Album on Imgur WATCH OUT! PICTURE HEAVY! I am sorry if the order of the photos has been messed up, however their description should be correct.

I saw this car at the Marconi Museum many years ago. (Don't know if it's still around?) It actually looks much better in person.
Portions of that, and some of the Saturn SC2 once they added exposed headlamps. >8^) ER Image Unavailable, Please Login
