Just found this. Great footage of them seemingly filming the reveal piece. We now know for certain the car is called "Aperta", if you notice the rear name plate. Interesting details on the car. I'm not much for the white striping, but I really the 70th Anniversary badging. I wonder if this confirms they are only making 70 cars? Chime-in with thoughts.

So technically this so called "LaFerrari spyder" originally called is actually a "targa" car! No power roof option! I would like to know where the roof is stored when not in use, maybe behind the seats similar to the 308 GTS cars? I like how the doors are hinged.

Good question, though I can't really tell. The removable roof seems rather large, so I'm not sure it can fit properly behind the seats.

If you look at the 3:15 mark on the video, it shows them putting the roof on. Unlike the Aventador Roadster, it is one piece, so it obviously can't fit in the trunk. It also seems far to large for behind the seats. So, it looks like to it would need to be stored out of the car.

Ferrari don't call it a spyder. They call it an Aperta. Big difference.

I actually prefer the targa style roof over an automatic, folding top. This way they did not have to compromise of the amazing rear deck of the LaFerrari.

Yep I know... but I'm just pointing out that originally it was called "LaFerrari Spyder" before "Aperta" was added to the name when it was shown for the first time.. and I also know "Aperta" means "Open"... but IMHO its still a "Targa".. :)

Ferrari makes good videos, but I think with the time
They use some great cineast, like Spielberg or others. Some of them have their own car
and it will be very nice ti have their own vision for Ferrari.
20 minuts of video, one great Artists, and one per year...

    Just do it!

I'm more of a berlinetta fan, regardless of the model, but I think it's fantastic. I'm not a fan of the the white striping, but otherwise, it looks amazing.
