Hello everyone. I would like to ask you, what's the name of colour on this SA Aperta from Maranello Museo? Thank you Edit: There is better quality photo Image Unavailable, Please Login
This car has been originally ordered by the owner of a Bugatti Veyron Sang Noir. He wanted the same exact color combo and Ferrari agreed to do it. This car was for sale at the Singen Auto Salon some time ago. It was featured in the Mighty french automotive TV show 'Turbo' For those who are interested Bonus : au volant de la Ferrari SA Aperta (Emission Turbo du 04/11/2012) The video is worth watcjing just for the few seconds where you see this aperta cruising on the highway. Absolutely goergeous
Hi Valerian, I was in the musea a few months ago and assume it;s the same SA Aperta as I have seen. The colour is Nuovo Rosso F1 2007 (same as my SA Aperta, see picture). The colour is difficult to 'capture' in a picture but suits the car very well. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thank you for the link, I hadn't seen it before! i bought this very car earlier this year. The interior, Hermes Orange, is amazing....and unique! I took the car to Spain and Portugal this summer, on a rally called `The Grand Tour'; indeed on a different thread (SA Aperta Registry) Sir Ferrari posted a link to a picture of my car in the rain (post 288). The car lives in the UK now and has just been subjected to a Level 5 detail by Topaz - the best people in that business!
You have sold your 599 SA Aperta? Is that right? https://twitter.com/TomHartleyjnr/status/660090111854514176 PS: Sorry for going offtopic but would you be interested to go on this car event? http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/holland-belgium/507200-italian-car-passion-autoworld-brussels.html
Hi Adrian, No, I bought my SA APERTA from Tom Hartley a few months ago, the one you're mentioning has been sold by Tom too but is a different one (yellow calipers amongst other things). I would like to go to the Italian Car Passion Autoworld hut I'm not sure if I will find the time.
Here are a few pics of my new carbon fiber top. I was told this is the last top the factory was making for the SA Aperta. It completes the car in many ways. Cheers! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
ROMO, Maybe you will answer me because I ask this question since a long time on this board and have no satisfying answers. How many parts does thos roof have ? I mean there must be a piece of glass to close the cockpit . this piece of glass must be located behind the seats... Can you explain what exactly happens behind the seats to make the car interior isolated from exterior ? http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7195/6787964252_35db24f820_b.jpg This picture shows it perfectly : I think we can clearly see a piece of glass. In this case this roof has two parts : The CF Roof and the piece of glass... Damn english is not my first language I struggle to explain what I want to know Anyway the roof is ultimate touch for the aperta Thanks Romo
there is is a piece of glass behind the seats which can be removed/ pulled out if you desire. so yes...two piece. i hope this helps you understand and your english is fine! the next time the car is down from the lift i will take pictures for you my friend.
