Can anyone here give me an estimated value of a complete running 365/GTB4 Daytona engine “ euro spec”.
I was also told by the original builder it has a LeMans cam kit ? approx 6K since rebuilt .
This was purchased in the early 80’s and put into a 1932 Ford Victoria. ‘Street Rod”
    Any help would be appreciated.

There was an Automobile Magazine article by Robert Cumberford in the mid 80's that had various street rods powered by Ferrari V12s. One was a Ford highboy with the 275 DOHC. I wonder how many of those engines returned to the cars they came from.

I know of three more, the roadster with the 275 DOHC was built by the same guy that did the car pictured above still on the road today.

Is there any way of finding out the numbers of the cars from which these engines originated?

    Paul,
I will try to post up the #'s on our engine.
I'm currently working a deal to sell the Vicky, If it falls thru I may sell the engine separately if there are any Daytona’s in need of one please pass the word.
    Thanks,
    ---Dean

I sold Brian the Daytona engine, which had come from a truck-load of parts that I had purchased. The bell housing was broken, but Bruno welded it up so as to be invisible. Sorry, no idea of the number.
