I noticed that you didn't put a price but I believe that Michael Jackson's beautiful black one just sold at auction for a little over $70k, if that helps with pricing.

Huh? I'm confused. I thought you were selling one of your recently purchased testarossas to finance a new daily driver that you said was on its way. All of this after starting numerous threads where you said that now is the time to buy an hold testarossas because they are only going up. Now you're selling both? So, if I am to take you at your word, as an educated buyer that only begs the question: what's wrong with it?
I see. I guess that leaves the only other alternative: I was wrong to take him at his word. Lesson learned. I suppose I will stand aside now and let the circus act continue.
What circus are you referring to? I don't think buying a rare car, projecting the market and making a profit is a circus.
What circus am I referring to? That must be a rhetorical question so I'll move on. Let me be clear. I have absolutely no problem at all with anyone buying a car and making a profit on it. I will never begrudge anyone selling a car for a profit. I make plenty of money doing my own stuff and how anyone else makes their money (as long as it's honest) is of no concern to me. However, one of the things to which I pay a lot of attention is seller transparency. I buy a fair amount of cars and I have a okay collection for a total amateur. Nonetheless, I probably do more buying than most people. Some of the things upon which I place a great deal of importance are the motives of the seller and their level of honesty because it most definitely relates to the car. When Michael bought two Testarossas and did his whole thing in multiple threads about "now is the time to buy Testarossas" and shouted it from the rooftops in all of his threads, he said he was going against his own advice and selling ONE car because he had to sell a car to pay for a new daily driver that was coming in a few weeks. So going by his own words, he made it sound like he got in a little financial trouble and bought too many cars on impulse and had to dump one. No big deal; it happens. So he sold the black car and made a profit. Now he is going back on what he stated in his many threads and selling the other. Now, people always have the right to change their minds but as a buyer, the whole thing seems disingenuous to me. That's my opinion and I know that I'm not alone. Again, I have no problem with anyone selling a car for profit. But if that's their only motivation to buy the car in the first place, just go ahead and say it. It's not a crime to be motivated purely by money. As an aside, Haig, you on the other hand is someone that I would buy a car from all day long. You have gone out of your way to represent your car properly and present the potential buyers with everything that your car is and isn't. You've been extraordinarily transparent about the sale of your car and as a buyer, I sincerely appreciate that. And I do think that it's a great car, better than a great many of the Testarossas in the marketplace.
