Hello roy, As angry as i am with you for posting false information and doing so publicly before consulting my lawyer 1st , i will be calm because I need you as an ally more than an enemy at this point. It's not okay to say it has happened no matter how strongly you feel that it will happen. Reading your statement about your insurance denying the claim triggered negative emotion, for nothing, i don't appreciate that. My lawyer spoke to Roy and Roy's insurance company has NOT denied the claim, they are asking for more information.
If it was not for Roy you would still be sitting in bed with your new Incredible Hulk Underoos trying to figure out how to set your alarm clock, let alone be ANYWHERE near getting your car back.
Dear Roy, I have done some in depth thinking about this whole unfortunate situation. I am sorry for all the attacks I have made. We are both victims in this unfortunate situation , and the blame should not go to you, and only to whomever created this mess. I was selfish and wrong to put all the blame on you. When in fact, i should be thanking you for making my dream come true, like as you said , most would have not done so in the transaction manner. It it wasn't for you, I would not be able to have my car, thank you for doing that for me, i really do appreciate that, it was a favor. I was wrong to blame you for the tire problem, anything could have created it, and you helped and its the thought that counts the most. I also need to give credit to where credit is due, something i haven't done yet , so i will now. It was also very stand-up of you to offer to pay for 1 brand new clutch because of the fault of the seller not supporting the claim to you with paperwork. It was also very stand-up of you to offer to help pay for the bad paint work on the car. It was my fault i did not get the PPI done and then blame you that the car had paint work, i am very sorry. You have gone far beyond what any dealer would do to make the customer happy with the tire, paintwork, and clutch, thanks. I hope we can get me a lambo very soon and i can be ready to drive her for the summer. My sincerest apologies to you Roy and you will have future business from me and i will without a doubt refer my friends to you for a car purchase. I have said everything from my heart.
Josh, All of our conversation did not mean anything, huh? You need to shut the F up and control your anger first and think and talk with your head and not your ass. Is the above comment a joke or have you been drinking? I must say Josh that it is about time you have come around. I understand how pissed, shocked and amazed you are that you car was stolen out from under you but............. to flame your only friend has only hurt your position. No dealer I know would pay you the money back if they were not at fault or spend the time and money to help you get it back after you bash them for a month on the internet. Regardless of how this turns out Roy will only be rememebered, by those of us who do not know him, for an "incident" that happened or a "story" about a bad sale. Whao! I am speechless. That takes some guts after all of this. Finally this thread comes to where it should have been to start with. Start thinking this way and you'll go places. Last thing to do in life is burning bridges when you are unsure that you too want to end up in flames. One may regret it takes the possible loss of $100K to realize this but at least you have. This board is working and Roy seems to be a good guy to work with, although with a Joe Pesci temper it seems . Now hopefully this thread will get back on track to know what will happen to the sleezebag who lied to a judge. Next time, just get a title quickly yourself, no matter what taxes.. This could well cost you more than that if the judge is corrupt or has bad judgement or does not like that you registered out of state and want to make it very difficult. But as long as all payments made trace back to the original sleezebag, that will show the car was not stolen and someone lied. The registration is an entire different matter for which they may follow you on a different case.
This is about the 10th time he has attacked, then flipped and apologized to Roy. He's a clown. Smart money says he will do it again soon.
