    What a crappy replica. NOT!

    This thing costs more than many F cars here. It is built by people who built Mach 2 MiGs. Who would think about taking an original out on the streets? It's all aluminum, faithful all the way. Tell me you wouldn't want one.

    It looks really far off to me, and the 360 spider design is classic, IMO, and one of the best looking Ferrari's ever.

    People have different tastes I suppose.

    Unmodified a 360 looks lame to me. Way too round.

    I feel the same way.

    It can be sort of saved with some add ons, or the Challenge front end, but the 430 is much sharper.

    Totally agree.

    Novitec has some nice add-ons to make a 360 look more edgy and aggressive.

    Aside from the more aggressive looks of the F430 I also love its taillights reflecting the Enzo. Makes it more like a coherent family. Sadly they dropped them again for the 599.

    Sorry for off topic.

    Wow, ok, so i looked at all the posts! LOL And have to say that the 917 porsche remake was the best one. Its one of those cars that you dont see everyday, and its a remake. Not so much a replica! I would be proud to say its the remake of that 917 new generation car. Due to the history behind it, I would deffinetly track the car as well.

    I am sure you all know what i mean lol. its late and cant think stratight

    Yes, and there is nothing wrong with different tastes. I think the 360 lines are smooth and clean... understated, sophisticated elegance.

    Sharp and edgy are Lamborghini characteristics IMO. :)

    I would agree and this realization really made me think: I love Ferrari for all it stands for (history, victories, F1 you name it), but at least in recent years it is really the Lambos I prefer stylingwise.

    I grew up with the edgy and wing loaded cars of the late seventies/early eighties. I'm one of the few people who thinks a 308 GT/4 is actually a cool car. 308, 288 GTO, Boxer and Countach 2000 are my dream cars. Simply lookswise today I'd take a Gallardo or a Murcie over the "Japanese looking" eggs of a 550 Maranello, 360 Modena or 612 Scag. While I like the 599 and the 430, the last really "hot" Ferrari was IMHO the edgy Enzo (which ironically was designed by a Japanese, go figure).

    As I said, tastes are different.

    It is crapily fake.

    Items of note;
    * Disc brakes
    * Winshield mount to frame
    * Real wheel gap between tire and fender well
    and nobody mounts a "gas cap" on the side of their Lambo.

    Its a replica.

    I can't stand it when they build like a Diablo 6.0/VT/SV hybird. Like I said before if your gonna replicate something do it right!.

    Also it must be done with a purpose.

    I think you and I definately see eye-to-eye on a lot of styling issues.
    And while I agree that Lambo is creating shapes I can love at first sight, I have to admit that they wear out to me quicker.

    There's a guy in town here who has a gold (sort of) Murci and while it's an amazing and expensive car, my black 328 is more interesting longer. I can't believe that so much money can not overcome this. Maybe it's his color? I dunno.

    I am just starting to think that flat shapes are boring quicker.
