    The owner of the oldest Ferrari dealership in the USA has passed away tonight at the age of 82. He and his wife Marcy were at their home in Indian Wells, California.

    Portland auto magnate Ron Tonkin dead at 82

    Mr. Tonkin was perhaps one of the most colorful, successful, and philanthropic automotive figures in Oregon, if not elsewhere. The stories he could tell were incredible.

    Yet you could sum up his approach to life in what became the company motto:
    "For the love of cars"
