Early Series one with a 100 point resto. Have a look for your self at UK asking prices for very early cars, there is one in this site Asking $55K UKP http://www.classiccarsforsale.co.uk/mini Cheaper than restoring one
You're not the sharpest knife in the draw tonight, are you!?. https://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/melbourne-cbd/cars-vans-utes/1977-ferrari-dino-308-gt4/1153480014
Did you pull the trigger Simon ? Price seems reasonable.... I know where there is an engine lying around in HongKong......
Ffffaaaaaarrrrk..something you didn't know. You intimated that fact when you put the original advert up.
No I didn't. DH...what's wrong with you? I was actually under the impression that he'd received an insurance payout and the car was gone. I don't recall why I thought that though. SOOOO....to recap, I thought it was his EX car, not that it was still his.
Im more interested in the where the pictures were taken, as I had heard there is a ALFA TIPO 333 in the country, yes its a replica but with tube and Magnesium chassis There is a QV engine that might be looking for a home soon in melbourne
Graeme if you are into Alfas, Dad has the ex Sam Tingle LDS Alfa which raced formula 1 , I think in the Team Gunston colours.....Just google Sam Tingle LDS for info.....It needs full restoration but once I have helped mum sell all his mini stuff I will get to his race cars early next year........
You read the auction results wrong. The '96 went for $24,087.50. The white 2 door STI V5 only had 7000km and went for $76k. https://www.mossgreen.com.au/m/lot-details/index/catalog/354/lot/126092/1999-SUBARU-IMPREZA-WRX-STI-VERSION-5-COUPE
I'm not going for this one and at the quoted price from the owner,I'd suggest it's a bargain.....if the doner parts can be found. I have the contact and pricing details if anyone is seriously interested.
