so I have installed belts on 575 , rotated engine a few times and checked tension of belts and sums for each belt are less that 300 hz.
is there an adjustment on the tensioner itself to increase pull?

well it does not look like there is an adjustment, except to replace internal spring and rebuild
    any comments on that?

You just apply additional load on the tensioner with a pry bar to achieve the correct belt tension. The tensioners are locked down with bolts once the correct tension is achieved, so there is no need to rebuild or replace them like there would be on a 355/360 (where the tensioners are active all the time).
