I start by looking at all of the things that get worn by using the car: Pedal pads, steering wheel, shift linkage, switches. It looks like this car has gotten a full restoration: seats/interior looks new. Hard to tell if mousehair dash is original, but stitching on the side of the glovebox looks bad. Switch for blower fans Dl/Dr is not original. Paint on cam covers is not original. So much has been redone that it is not a preservation type car. I would ask for documentation showing the service history of the car with milage.

Just as Motob said! The prices at that dealer seem a bit 'optimistic".

in a modern car, i have learned first hand, you can look at the instrument panel. If the instrument panel's screws has been unscrewed and screwed back. that is a sign of mileage rollback , or maybe a historical fix of the instrument panel itself.

Miles believed to be original .....
    All known history documented .....
The mileage displayed XX,XXX is believed to be original .....
Seems a bit hesitant with those statements.
They did mention an individual with the initials of MM, who may know more history on the car than the seller.
They are a member on here.

Documentation is probably the only reliable measure.
Ferrari owners are notorious for disconnecting the speed/odometer during their ownership. If you were to do a search of this forum you will no doubt find many threads requesting info on how to disconnect the speed/odometer, for "theoretical discussion" of course. Computer equipped cars are more difficult but it can (has) been done with regularity.

You disassemble the engine and mic every part.

But they are not going to allow you to do that.

Compression ration and leak down test will tell the health of the engine. A low milage engine should have very good compression and very little leaking. In a nut shell IF... the engine indeed has that low of milage... it is just broken in and should have excellent readings in my opinion.
