Ferrari Roadside Assistance APP

I am trying to register on the Ferrari Roafside APP. From what I read is that you can register any Ferrari regardless of age. The first year the service is free.
For some reason I can't register my older Ferrari.. I called the number listed on the APP and was told that they are only a roadside assistance office and could not help registering me.
Anyone have a similar experience and how did you register?
