From what I know, there was 17 LM built by Ferrari, plus 8 built or adapted by Michelotto (90001, 82404, 94362, 85015, 88779, 84503, 79922, 74045) from 1994 to 1998, some with 3.0 liters engine, some with 3.5 or 3.6 liters. Then Tom, why are you saying that 94362 is not a full evo version? excepting the rear large wing, it as all necessary specs plus the best track record as far as I know?
Best F40 LM GTE: #90001 Only 82404 and 90001 have the latest evo specs (1996) and 84503 was never raced and might have same spec as the team Ennea Igol F40s 1996 version. 94362 was not updated to same spec as Ennea cars. But these can be minor changes in suspension, engine mapping etc. I think most or all are a little different. Michelotto can still update an existing street or modified F40 into a LM GTE, only one needs to pay the bill
F40 LM GTE chassis 88779 was raced in period at the Le Mans 24hrs by Ennea racing team (dnf) and 1st OA at the Vellalunga 12hrs. Belonged to Jakubowski in the early 2000s... then to a friend Dominique Arpaillanges. Then I sold it to current owner as of 2005, the car is now in Italy. Full history coming up shortly. Cheers.
I agree, # 90001 is the best GTE by far. I didn't note the copyright holder of the attached pics of # 90001, so apologies for not mentioning them. These (Showroom) pics are from the Ferrari of Houston, I remeber seeing this car a long time (2008/9) ago. Have not seen it at the dealer in the last 5 years? Could be in the warehouse I guess? It was impressive up close!

Hello, I am in the process of creating a model of the F40 GTE for use in a simulator. I would like to obtain as much information as I can on the car, details on suspension, any power curves, coefficient of drag, wing surface area and angle, weight of the unsprung mass, etc. Any help will be appreciated, as there is very limited data available on the specifics of the car. Also does anyone have any videos, preferably onboard of the GTE? I have not been able to find a good video where I can get good sound from the 3.5 or 3.6L engine.
Does anyone know the chassis # for the car @ JD? I did not see it listed amongst the details on their website. There is another example (LM not GTE) still listed at Bingo Sports world in Japan (99401).
I'm suspecting that the JD Classic car could be the never raced 88513. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
