"Cannot test start" . Does that mean that they actually tried to start it, taking the risk that hydrolocked cilinders would break the crankshaft if it did start?
when they let nondealers into the auctions the cars are beyond toast. No amount of turd polishing is going to make that shine again. We are talkinng so worthless the dealers don't even want it and they are scum.
Flood motors need to be 100% dissembled then hot tanked, inspected, corroded parts replaced then reassembled. Not many usable parts on flood cars. Even sheet metal needs to be dipped or rot city DTR baby

What adds insult to injury for me as a racer is texas motor speedway used as a wrecking yard of flooded houston trash cars. Can you imagine the nasty living in those flood cars?
