    Could be hydraulics - but more likely the side scissor hardware

    Don't mess with this yourself. There are a few adpations and relearn procedures that must be done with a scan tool. If you try and fix this yourself you could make it worse. Best to take it to a shop or a dealer who had experience with this roof. They are a pain to sort out and get working properly after repair.
