1st time events like that are always big in Atlanta, I think this turn-out will break all records!!! There won't be any kids waiting too long, that's great. Stephane Scaledetails
I am getting my 99 360 this week...so I am going to try and make it out for this event. Should be a great weekend.
With just over two weeks to go, all I can find on the web about this event is......nothing! Checked the websites of the Atlanta Ronald McDonald Houses, the Yashin Corporation, and Ferrari of Atlanta, and......nothing! If these people are serious about putting this on, they'd better get some information out there, and quickly!
it sure is a good cause. there are plenty of rides going on at Giovanni's. maybe we can somehow incorporate a make a wish foundation event out of a Giovanni event some day. give a kid a ride in an exotic. it just makes people soo happy. Brian
I just sent emails to FoA, the Yashin Corporation and the Atlanta Ronald McDonald Houses asking them to please add information on this to their respective websites. We'll see if it does any good.......
Apparently it has grown where the organizers would like participants to RSVP. Please RSVP at (404) 841-8115 or [email protected] Ask for Joshua Butler. Sponsored by Ferrari of Atlanta, Camp Sunshine, Ronald McDonald House and Yashin Corporation.
Right now the weather forecast for Saturday is pretty good. Let's have a big Ferrari turnout and show these kids something really special!
I'll be attending. I think its the least you can do if you own a Ferrari... its always good to give back to society when you can. Hope the weather stays nice and cool... what a great May so far!
I'm going to try and make it to Lenox to check out the cars. I've got to bring my Cooper S in for service at Global, so if they get done in time I'll be there.
Gonna try and be there in the morning, if for nothing else, just to cheer you guys on... I think this is an awesome charity to put on...
Wish I could make it...but my sons little league has games in the morning...Have fun and give the kids a good time!
What an awesome morning... So many cars showed up, so many smiles on those kids' faces... It was beautiful... A big thumbs-up to all of you who came out - like Tommy, from Alabama - so these kids could ride in some cool cars...
Definitely an awesome event...for the drivers and the kids!! Glad I could make it and thanks to all the other who did as well! Norm
