Try this one, instead - note also the postioning of the decals on the real #0856 at Daytona, compared to the Hotwheels #24 P4 (and my Noble P4 replica) - and also it's overall shape and slightly incorrect length wheelbase.
My younger brother has some contacts within the Mattel organisation. ;)
(Taken with my crappy old 35mm Canon a few years ago - 2002, in fact.)

    Cheers, Jim !
You know how we like to pick up 'details' on these cars ? Also check out (incorrect) depth of rear bodywork above the rear window; the heights of the doors / windows, etc., on the Hotwheels #24 P4 and my Noble P4 replica, compared to the shot of #0856 ....
Don't ask me where the modeller got that horrible chromed engine from though, LOL !

Took her into work, one Sunday morning. It was the nearest parking slot to reception.
Lazy B, Moi ? Nah - it was parked right under the reception security CCTV camera ! :D

There is, of course, another 'limited edition' version of the Hot Wheels Ferrari P4 (from their 'Hall of Fame' series) that is supposed to represent the #23 Daytona P3/4 spyder - #0846. Unfortunately, rather than re-tool for a proper P4 spyder, Mattel elected, instead, to use their existing P4 berlinetta (replica) tooling and go for a quick re-tampo job. So their #0846 Daytona #23 is a berlinetta ! I wonder where they got that idea from ? LOL ! :D
    See photos below:

Jim - Note that the bottom shut line of the rear bodywork correctly lines up with the door bottoms; the addition of 'Prestone' decals - and the Champion decals still with the (incorrect) white borders. ;)

Note that the black painted roof of the Hot Wheels #23 P4 is meant to represent the open cockpit of #0846.
Over the last couple of years, Neil Foreman has converted a couple of P4 replicas (a Butler and a Noble) from berlinettas into spyders, for their owners. At the same time, he had some 'snap-on - get you home' fabric roof panels made up for the cars (unpredictable British weather). See photos below. Funny coincedence ?
