I won't miss it this time, assuming no rain. We need an official photographer (hopefully one that is subcribed so they can post without limitation), like Jordan did last time. The pictures gets people lathered up wanting to go.

LOVE that 360. I'm going to look at a blue 328 at Ferrari of Denver this Saturday. Hopefully, if everything checks out, I'll have it here in (much warmer) Scripps Ranch well before the Carlsbad meet and drive it out there.

Then I'll get jealous all over again when I see all of your newer cars ... ;-)

I'm planning to be there. Besides meeting a new group of car guys and gals, it is litterally a blast driving down I5 trying to follow my bud in his NSX...I only follow cause he has a Valentine 1 to my Passport Solo...actually on the open road, I do a roadrunner/coyote routine...get even then beep the horns and show him what an extra 180 HP, 120 ft.lbs in torque and 6 cylinders can do on the open road.


On a more serious note, I was at FofOC last week and found out Chris, the part manager was there last month. Not sure it will help with part $$ , but nice to see support from a local dealer, official or otherwise.

I've already got people coming on Sunday (Feb 27th) to the Starbucks/Carlsbad, and we're going to cruise up the coast to CC and then to a new Ferrari and Porsche tuner shop opening in OC. Any chance you wanna move just this one meet to Sunday and join us? More the merrier!

Also, I just checked Weather.com, and well...guys, I think Sunday's a MUCH better day to meet. I mean, just look at the forecast...Saturday's low is 49, and Sunday's is 51! That's three whole degrees with which to bask in glorious warmth!....Am I selling it well? No?...Okay. Can't knock a guy for trying.

 

No, didn't get it. Flew out to Denver, drove the car, had lunch with another FChatter out there (who had just bought a nice 355).

The car was pristine up front due to a nice respray, but the rest of the car should also have been redone - scrapes, nicks, some blobby brush touch-ups. It wasn't a bad car at all - solid mechanically - but it needed too much for the price.

I'm looking at another at Lake Forest Sportscar near Chicago. This is harder than I thought. Anyway I'll be Ferrari-less on the 26th. Maybe in March?

Yeah, we're gonna need consistency to get this off the ground. This time should bring out a lot more people because the first one was such a success, it shouldn't be raining the night before, and word is being spread.

PS. Sure hope you can make it Jordan. No one takes better pictures. It "should" rival CC this time.

 

I know, I know...I wasn't planning to conflict, it's just that GMG's Grand Opening for their new shop is Sunday, so that's why I have a group going up on that day just this one time...Oh heck, I'll try to come Saturday anyway, but I'm going to get nailed at home for sure! All the points I've been trying to score with wifey are being spent rapidly...Hmm...got to think of something to buy her...Hey, how about a sports car?...Hahahahaha...
