    New opener with new spring system and moved rails up to ceiling, cost was 780 dollars.

    Very cool! I'm in the process of designing my new garage but its still a couple months off. What kind of lights are those mounted w/ swing arms on the wall? Looks perfect for over/under lighting.

    I love the lift but it doesn't seem like you would be able to take the tires off while the car is on the lift.....correct?

    Ceiling height for me was 10'8" and with the lift all the way up, I have at least a foot of clearance to the ceiling with the 360 parked on it. There is plenty of room to walk under and easily accomodates my wife's 540. I think you should be OK.

    They are supposed to be certifying a jack extension but I wouldn't hold my breath. I plan to lift the car up and lower it down on jack stands for wheel, tire, brake work.
