    Ok guys, the weather sucks (but getting better...) and it's been a while since we've all gotten together for a decent drive. I was speaking with Michael 355 this morning and we're thinking about getting out this weekend to let our babies "stretch their legs" so to speak. Anyone wanna join?

    I know quite a few of us will be away for the holiday's, but at the same time a good number of us will need a run to get us out of the house for a breather after a long "family weekend'! ;-)

    I'm Scuderia Cherokeen' it for a while.... TR is with GUS @ TECHNIK1 for some love. From that, she's goin to ASD for some new tire love and a checkup. I probably won't see her until March....

    OK, for those of you who are afraid of the cold MAN UP, strap on your bras and get goin'. Besides, the weather on Sunday looks good and will feel like Spring compared to the past few days. All are welcome regardless of what whip you bring along with you (Jeep, BMW, Buick...whateva). Bottom line is lets get together, enjoy a drive and eat some food.

    I know that a good number of you are already "out" with family plans, but for those of you that have a few hours Sunday AM (I'm thinkin' 9-9:30am meeting time) then let's enjoy a nice crisp Sunday AM with the EC crew. You all know as well as I do that runs like this "off the cuff" are usually the one's that turn out to be quite memorable. Not to mention that fact that our machines LOVE this weather! Especially the Air Cooled ones... ;-)

    Early last week ago I gave a first heads up on a possible snow storm for this past Sunday/Monday..the storm happened but hit a bit east of the major cities with 5-8 inches from eastern LI, CT and MA.

    We have another digging jet stream pattern coming up late this week and the details shown now on most (but not all) of the computer long range models are not favorable for an east coast storm so all forecasters and the WX Channel have taken the storm out for Christmas. I am not so sure as the latest runs of the US models and the Euro model still leave a little room for a sneaky storm to come up off the east coast between late Friday and Sunday on top of fresh arctic air. I would have to rate chances now are probably less than one in five (less than last weeks event at this time) but again a heads up for the F-CHAT EC playaz. The computer models run twice per day and will trend one way or the other, so there will be many updates over the next two days.

    Oh and by the way if no storm, I am up for a run if it is up anywhere near these parts.

    I second that and hey Mr Woods...if the temp is in the high 30's as forecasted you shouldn't have any issues with "Black Ice". Common already and take the skirt off with these gay posts man! You're a young man, not an old fart...act like it! ;-)
