    Some unpretentious figures :
This is a list and statistics on miles and prices only for F430 spider actually for sale:
Being in the process of buying one of this beasts I tried to understand the market.
These figures are only valid for statistics. All the cars are different; some are sold by dealers some by a private party. 95% have electrical Daytona seats. Some have cf some don’t etc.. But I think that this is a good base for trading :) and gives a general survey of the actual market .
I did not put in the sample cars with a lot of non-Ferraris options because they are not reflecting the market IMO.

    Facts :
Black and Red represent 68% of the sample ( black being first with 35%).
Only one car for sale from 2004 ( no idea how much have been made in 2004?)
    The highest mileage is 29K ( 2007)
The lowest mileage is 309 miles!! ( 2008)
    2005 : 52% have more than 10Kmiles 10,52% have less than 5Kmiles
    2006 : 52% have more than 10K miles 28% have less than 5K
    2007 : 14% have more than 10K miles 34% have less than 5K
    2008 : 10,7% have more than 10K miles 68% have less than 5K
    2009 : 1 car has 5,7K miles 3 cars have less than 2K miles

    F430 SPYDER FOR SALE :
    2004 : 1
    2005 : 19
    2006 : 25
    2007 : 50
    2008 : 28
    2009 : 4
    Total : 127
    AVERAGE
    YEAR MILES PRICE
    2004 9,3K 109,5 K
    2005 11,43K 129K
    2006 11,22K 149,4K
    2007 7,5K 165,4K
    2008 4,6K 185,1K
    2009 2,6K 203,2K

On average you have to pay 20K more every year ( exception only 16k from 2006 to 2007)

    That's interesting, thanks.

From the info I see that I paid kind of an average price. I'm shocked because I thought it was like Lake Wobegon and everyone got above average deals...

I love data. Great job and thanks for sharing.

    Dont forget that:

1). 45% of all statistics are wrong.
2). 73.6% of all statistics are made up (see #1)

Statistics on statistics... go figure... by its own statement the above statements are then a coin toss (in terms of being correct), and are likely made up ;)

Also don't forget that 90% of people will believe anything with a percentage in it. :p

To the OP, thanks for doing this. That must've been a lot of work. Good luck in your search
