HRE Wheel Weight Comparison Monoblock P40 vs 3-piece 563R

    F430 front HRE P40 wheel weight 19x8.5
    Michelin PS2 235/35/19= 22lbs Tire
    HRE wheel= 25.4lbs
    Total Weight= 47.4 lbs

    F430 rear HRE P40 wheel weight 20x12
    Michelin PS2 325/25/20= 31lbs Tire
    HRE Wheel= 28.3lbs
    Total Weight= 59.3 lbs

Gallardo single lug conversion HRE 563R front wheel weight 19x9.5
Michelin Pilot Sport Cup N1 245/35/19= 20lbs Tire
    HRE Wheel= 25.3lbs
    Total Weight= 45.3 lbs

Gallardo single lug conversion HRE 563R rear wheel weight 20x12
Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 315/25/20= 27lbs Tire
    HRE Wheel=28.2lbs
    Total Weight= 55.2 lbs

    *******CONCLUSION********:
The wheel difference works out to being .1lb lighter on average when you compare the 3 piece rims to the 1 piece monoblock rims. Assuming the back pad on the center of the wheels between a F430 and Gallardo is similar then the results are typical for these wheel styles. The slightly different size and version of tires are the deciding factor about being lighter it seems. Interesting as well, the 563R 3 piece wheels are 1" wider in the front but are still lighter than the monoblock P40 wheels. It might have something to do with the custom 1 lug centers the 563R wheels were made for, not sure.

The P40S is about 1lb lighter than the original P40. And the all new P40SC Conical is about 2 lbs lighter than the original P40.

    Here's a 20x11 for a CLS63 at 22.4 lbs.

According to my research, these are close to a P40S as they have some more weight cut then a regular P40 style wheel. Also keep in mind those are narrower wheels at 20x11 and the back pad section on that sedan is nothing compared to the backpad on the rear of a F430 which makes the wheel heavier by car design not wheel design.
