Car is gone and my garage feels empty and sad. I need to buy another Ferrari ASAP ! My 348 was purchased and the deal was finalized last weekend by a young, nice gentleman from Colorado. It's silly to say but I spent the last hour, prior the pick up, in the garage starring at the car and remembering drives, social events and exiting times while waiting for the truck driver call... which came and ... well, she was gone ! Your car was for sale for a while....either you dropped your expectations or you waited for the right buyer. How much did you finally get for it?
Uhoh, bad move if you already miss her. Of the cars I had 'feelings for' (hard to describe) it generally took me years to truly get over it after selling. I did that only twice. With the third I brushed off a potential buyer once that called on an ad I put out, because I had changed my mind. I still have that car and still wonder what I was thinking trying to sell it, I know for sure I would have bought another within years. Promised myself after this to only sell cars where the love affair was over with or where I never bonded with in the first place. I sold very few after that .
Yours is a good observation, I also see the same 348's on Ebay since i put mine for sale. The market is whatever it is. I got creative and i should be able to get the asking money at the end. I will explain when the car trade deal is completed.
Looking to a 360 or a Gallardo, even have a tickle for a Maserati Granturismo S ... but i am going to Thailand soon so, I decide as soon as I come back.
