    That's Wade Nunez's car. He runs Fortune Motors (formerly in New Orleans, now in Charlotte). He is also a F-Chat member (308nut).

    While I can't tell you anything about the specific car, I think the reserve price was typed in wrong. It met the reserve at $25K, but I think it should have been $45K. It is for sale on his website for $51K, and was on eBay a couple of weeks ago. It went to $45,350 without meeting the reserve.

    I wouldn't be surprised to see this auction pulled if it doesn't go at least to $45K by tomorrow.

    Now I'm curious. The the auction completed for this item at $38,600, which is $7,000 less than it went to just a couple of weeks ago without meeting the reserve. An 11,000 mile car should be going for much more.

    What happened between then and now that the car sold for so much less?

    For $45,000 it would be a good deal, but with only 11,000 miles, does it qualify as a garage queen??

    I didn't see any mention of books/records - that's not Wayne's style.

    Be that as it may, that's a TERRIFIC price for a 328! Somebody stole this car...
