Great car. By the way, the car was dark red during the Carrera Panamericana 1953 not the light red it is now retored in.

What is the proof to say it is or it was 0352MM?

    Very nice indeed!
    Regards.

Not a fan of the colour either, but a spectacular body-style, and that with MM suffix makes for a great package. Does anyone have pics of its' engine bay? Those MM carbs are the most beautiful ever.

That one was the other 250MM in the mix-up: believed to have been 0292MM renumbered into 0352MM. Ex-factory racing car now lost.

    Best wishes, Kare

There was a nice article on this car by Richard Heseltine in the Auto Italia magazine (UK) of this month.

I believe Nick Mason may have traded his Enzo for this (plus no doubt some cash)

I would prefer this one to an Enzo as well.

Is this the car restored many years ago by Auto Restorations in Christchurch or another?

Sorry just realised my mistake as they restored #0392 AM, not a MM.

Does anyone know how much it sold for? Or how much was Talacrest asking for it?

That was in November 2011 and Talacrest did not own it, they brokered it for Peter Agg. Nick Mason traded in his Enzo at the time.
