It's been raining pretty hard in So Cal. So its a good chance to see how the Cali performs in the wet. I have to say she is very sure footed in the wet. Much better than my 360 who gets twitchy and hydroplanes with a very nervous character. I'll take the Cali in heavy rain with big puddles over my Mercedes or my 360.
I've got the Bridgestone runflats on the Cali (very bumpy ride), the Bridgestone Potenza SO-1's on the 360 and the Michelin Pilot Sports All Season on the CL 500.
Rain didn't seem to bother the PZeros this summer. Like always they were better when warm. I sorta did need to keep my food out of it though I just realized that your post is here because you seldom get rain ... Very unfair !
Rick- Well, I do not know about MG, but we had a very good precipitation year here in Albuquerque. This week we went over nine inches total for the year, which is a normal year's precip for us. Taz Terry Phillips
I had to look it up but we average 33" rain and 37" snow, guess you are not eating your heart out? Rick
+1....yea, it's been interestingly wet in So. Cal the last few days. I have the Bridgestone RE050A on mine and its doing quite well.
Rick- Just getting ready to take out my older warrior princess and the roads are dry as a bone. It snowed 2-3" Friday night. All gone Sunday by noon. Our snow does not bother melting, it just sublimates. Taz Terry Phillips
I drive my 430 in the rain quite a bit. If you set the traction control properly, not a problem, as long as you avoid deep puddles. Art
