Hmm yes, with hindsight, going on a trackday shared with the RS Ford owners club was probably not one of my best ideas. Not that i'm against Fords but there was a minority of utter p***ks who were undertaking, getting very very close, and spinning off right in front of me. I booked the trackday with Roberto Giordanelli a wizard on the track, (hes road test editor/chief test driver for Auto Italia magazine),for a bit of coaching,but had to confess to bottling it after 3 20min sessions, some of the cars on there were plain bonkers and didnt give a ****. Having said that it was a great day and thanks to Rick for the photos,they were at Croft by the way.

The Murci looks gorgeous in that colour.Incidently I saw one in Silver in the town I come from last night(Broughty Ferry outside Dundee)I was just getting in My 355 and the driver gave me a wave.Putting this in perspective it is only the second Lambo I have seen on the road in the UK and the first in Scotland.

 

Hey simon as TONYH SAYS THE TUBI LOOKS THE NUTS and he is karl@verdi's and manu's specialist tubi spotter how much do you want for the other one you have at strasse in fact why do you have two tubi's ????????????????

The Tubi isnt on yet mate, goes on on Friday, its still on standard set up and it sounds ok to crap - Tony if you think those standard tailpipes are big the Tubi ones are enormous!! The Tubi is chrome all the way from the tips to the manifolds, whereas the standard job is chrome at the end but ceramic like underneath, see rear view.

Sometime last year i went along to a Pistonheads meet at Virginia Water. Our good friend Manu came along in a Murcie with tubi. It sounded great at idle and then when he took Kevin (456mgt) for a quick blast up the road it sounded absolutely perfect.

I love the Stradales V8 sound, but for sheer power and presence, the V12 of the Murcielago takes it. It just sounds phenomenal.

Enjoy and if you can get some video clips it would be great
