    David,

That's something I have been meaning to do just haven't had time. The light used is call a rain light. Made in England with LED lights in a circular pattern specially made to be used on F1, Champ type open wheel cars. It doesn't come with any flashing circuitry but can be easily adapted with a adjustable flashing circuit used on motorcycle brake lights.

The light itself is not cheap, if I remember correctly it was around $250 + the interval kit $30. I have all the parts sitting on my work bench just need to get to it. I thought it would be pretty cool to install in the bottom of the 360 area where the center square vent is located at.

are a great idea! I currently have them (factory) on my Mini JCW and would definitely consider them for the 360 as a safety feature more than a 'cool' factor feature if they integrate nicely.

I wouldn't leave it on the whole time, but only have it flash when I am stepping on the brake. In conjunction with the motorcycle flasher kit it can be programmed to flash at so many intervals when the brake is pressed and then stay constant lite until you release the pedal. Which would make it less annoying for people who are stopped behind you.
