Last chance to subscribe before avatars and profile pics are removed...

    This Friday, September 3rd, all avatars and profile pics of Non Subscribed users will be removed. Still no reason that you have to subscribe if you don't want, you can still post messages, post images up to 5 mb limit, and still view all images. However, if you want to have the additional feature of an avatar and profile pic, you'll at least need a Silver Subscription. The cost of a Silver Subscription is only $15 a year, or 4 cents a day. For 5 years it is only $50 or 2.7 cents a day.     I don't want to give too much away, but in the next newsletter coming out in a couple days, we will be introducing a long awaited additional feature for subscribed users. I won't give too much away, but we'll finally be putting the "chat" in FerrariChat.com. This will include special private sessions with Ferrari VIP's, celebrities, techs, and sponsors.

    Thanks, not really a problem, just one script to run, the trick will be making sure I don't delete the pics of subscribed users. :D

    Most of us spend at least $50 on a single evening out - the FChat subscription is a five year membership. Well worth the outlay IMHO.

    Can't wait for the chat function.

    More steps in the right direction Rob. Well done.

    I don't know how I could have been so thick the past year. After dozens of similar posts Alan, I finally figured out that I need to go get my last $100 in savings and send it to the Speedy charity. You've had it rough buddy, but hang in there. Your passion for Ferrari is strong and your parts and service won't always be held in ransom. Thanks for reminding us of your charitable contributions and taking care of the kids all the time. Since I don't hear anyone else mentioning charitable donations, it's pretty sad to think you're the only one of 11,000 users. Keep it up, the world needs more of you.

    Alan is a good guy and we talk in private quite a bit, but it seems to always be about the same things. Not a big deal, but worth a comment.

    I've always had a problem paying for something that I used to get for free. Like turning already paid for roads into toll roads and charging a cover charge at a club when you used to get in for free. I have an avatar and profile pic now but very shortly in order to continue to have one I'll have to pay for it? No thanks.

    thanks rob. i deleted my avatar a few months back and tried to get a new one but couldn't because the new rule was in effect. stupid me, thanks for the heads up though....i will be subscribing shortly.

    Maybe you shouldn't look at it as free until now. How much debt have you built up? :)

    Like I've said, no reason to subscribe if you don't want to. No one is forcing you to.

    Thought it was about time I subscribed.

    That said, you may want to look at the link at the back end of the Paypal process. It was supposed to redirect me to F-chat, but I think the URL has an error in it.
