    Sorry for the late notice, but if you are considering a trip to the coast today, I highly recommend a day trip to Lincoln City. The Oregon Coast Exotic Car Show at the Salishan Spa and Golf resort is today Saturday June 13 from 12 to 4 pm. Some of the cars you will see are Ferrari's, Lamborghini's, Maserati’s, as well as the new California, and the 166 Corsica.     Yesterday we left from GPI and made our way to the coast on some amazing roads. It’s been a long time since I have been on a clean fresh paved back road to the coast. Here are a few shots by Magik (http://www.absolutemagik.com/). More shots to come.

    I definitely had a great time on this trip too! I'm just bummed that I didn't make it in the group shot! I must have been somewhere else taking pictures (as usual)

    Everyone was good company and this was a memorable trip for me as well. Especially driving with the boys down there and back! I'm still working on the pictures but here are some from the drive down

    One heck of an event (but I still don't understand why the guy in charge of registration thought my filthy BMW qualified for the show!)

    It was comical to see all of these cars from WA that I recognize from the internet in person, all while having no clue who the owners are! It was nice talking to a few of you and thanks for making the drive down! As a homeowner at Salishan it was very refreshing to see such an all-around successful weekend take place down there. The show has great potential and that driving range will definitely be full in years to come. Hopefully next year the Portland crowd can make the 2 hour drive and add to the display...

    Anyone get a sound clip of the Spyder Corsa?

    Kurt and Leilani obviously put a great deal of time into this. The the GM Jason and his staff at Salishan couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. This event has the potential of becoming something big. Keep it up Kurt and Leilani and Salishan group!

    Our small group from Seattle had a great time and are looking forward to doing this every year. Rumor has it that next year the schedule/itinerary will include events for kids to make if family friendly and a closed off area for high speeds for us adults.

    All the info is on there for Salishan, it is going to be bigger and better this year and is shaping up to be a wonderful event! There has already been lots of planning going on.
