Take a look at this --> http://www.joemacari.com/cars/ferrari_f50_0309/cardescription.html Interesting looking F50. I think I like it...
The concept is good, but the result is (IMHO) not... The steering wheel is just too much. Could have looked better in suede leather. I might have had a different opinion if this car was black.
Love the seats, the headliner, the door-panel inserts. IMO he should have left the steering wheel/column & dash alone, and left the wheels alone too. The problem with customization/modifications is knowing when to stop! Subtle is always better.
They had 2 or 3 listed for sale in last weeks Sunday Times, not including the gray one in this thread
i thought they were a lot more in the US, I'm sure I remember them being $700k a year or two back, probably wrong though
With the British pound at such low levels you can find the world's cheapest Ferraris (and not only) in the UK. There are 599s and Scuds under 200K USD over there.
I absolutely loved that car when it showed up in the F50 pics thread. I think the paint and the wheels look perfect.
Is this an old Sultan of Brunei car? I remember an F40 of his that had been repainted in a similar dark gray and given a full-leather interior. I love the exterior color, interior is a bit excessive and flies against the nature of the car IMO.
The exterior color is fantastic. The wheels have no contrast which doesn't appeal to me but could easily be changed Does the steering wheel looked sleeved to anyone else? The red appears to be a wrapped overlay on the original wheel because: - the interior on the spoke furthest away from the camera skirts the spokes and shows the red leather seems to have a step up in height from the exposed black underneath - the overall thickness of the wheel is greater than the original - the foreground outer rim has serious bulges from underneath
