Did you happen to talk to the gent who owned the black 308 GTS with the aftermarket wheels? If so, you heard the story on how it was 1 of 4 V12 308's ever built. Pretty cool!

He also (personally) made custom brakes and the blue wheel spacers for the car. At the show it was rocking a bored out 328 engine he claimed to be making 305 HP with more ponies on the way. If you got a chance to look into the engine bay, that engine meant business. He'd also relocated the oil cooler up front and added a second one for good measure.

That does sound exciting. I'm always torn between originality and modification for improved performance/sometimes aesthetics. These mods sound very interesting. IMHO extra ponies for the 308 is a good thing. At 305 HP, that should make it most formidable. Do you think he'll be there next year? I'll plan on being there next year.
    Ciao,
    George

Hi Backmarker, I'm interested to see what car won in each of the classes. Do you know if the results are posted anywhere?

Horsepower (West), Your pictures are excellent. I have yet to see a 430 Scuderia in person, but maybe someday.
