wow, thanks for sharing. nice to see some different specs and in some 'richer' colors. i believe the silver is Argento Titanio (titanium). stripe or no stripe, red, yellow, black, white, silver, blue, it doesn't matter, they all look great!
Next to red... TDF is my next favoriate color. I love that blue Scud and hope we get to see it around. Frank
I also prefer the 430S without stripes. The blue one with the silver stripe looks pretty good though.
Simply from reading the over abundance of opinions on Ferrari Chat, one might wrongly conclude that ordering a stripe is de rigueur. But many actually buying the Scud don't want the stripe. It seems that for every U.S. Scud I've seen with a stripe there is one without it. My dealer's first car was without one, and my car due to arrive any day now does not have one either.
like anything, it is a personal preference, i prefer the stripe. seeing a Scud in the flesh without a stripe it gets confused with a normal F430. in saying that though, i don't like these hodgepodge specs of different colors (silver stripe, body paint and calipers) all coming together. case in point....silver stripe, red calipers, gold wheels! Agreed! I remember when the first pictures of the Scuderia came out, everybody is like what the **** are those stripes? Now, almost every car looks better with those stripes.
