Inspired by Tony K.'s GTBi thread: How many GT4's are here? 1. Mine: 1974, Euro, dark blue/tan, # 08844 (photo taken few weeks ago in Northern Italy during our annual FChat Holland/Belgium goes Italy pilgrimage) Who else? Jim Beta Scorpion Dave M Dave Stacy Nick Gerrit The light blue one from the UK (sorry, forgot your nick, something with 208, although you've now got a 308...) ... Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yup, I'm here. Mine is put away for a while. I drive it a lot during the fall and winter, but down here the sun is brutal during the summer. I take it our for short spins in the evening.
One more on the North of Europe, looking forward to enjoy the sunny weather... I cannot upload pictures. Some can be seen on : http://www.pbase.com/jeanlucco/ferrari Cheers Jean-Luc
75 #10188 yellow/black cloth, two owner car. Car has been in my family since new. All original except radio and rims " Gotti 16" 3 pc. 5 spoke ". I have the stock rims and tires in the garage. Runs great !
Do you have a pic of your Gotti Rims? I'd like to see the difference from my 2 piece 16" gotti rims. Rocco
Add another one. #10130. I've had it for a year and a half, but it has been my daily driver for three weeks now. I miss having AC and a radio, but other than that it is a great car. I've had a few days of 100+ miles, no issues that weren't self-induced (like melting a fuel line with a drop light one night). My real daily driver has been in the shop for three weeks. Time to put that one in a dumpster and get a new one... I actually got to drive behind my car for a little while this last weekend. On the road the GT4 is pretty exotic. It is low and wide looking, and from the rear very old-Lamborghini looking as well.. I wish I had been on a quieter vehicle so I could hear my car's engine, though. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hey Rocco, Your car looks great, as do the others posted. My rims look just like yours except I have twice as many bolts holding them together. A couple years after I bought them 1985 + - the rim started to crack around the bolts so gotti replaced the outside rim section and added a bolt between each bolt. No problem since. 32 bolts total. model J55C. I will try to get a pic up. Dave
Love to see a picture. Yellow is a tough looking color on a GT4 Well lookie there! I've been looking for you. That my car's baby sister. She was built right after mine. Your car was converted to CIS with new cams wasn't it Brian?
Well, you must not have been looking too hard, I've been here for 18 months! Yes, CIS with CIS intake cams done by the PO's shop. And then made to actually work correctly by me 20 years later. Here is a pic of the engine from last year, I've actually cleaned up the engine compartment since this was taken (painted fuel tanks, etc.) Image Unavailable, Please Login
