Greenwich Car Show June 5th and 6th

with wife and 6 week old son in tow. It's an annual tradition for me and I hope that I get a chance to meet some of you while we're there. Then it's off to the Running of the Bulls on the 12th! A perfect string of weekend events...

I am out of this one. I have a Barmitvah to attend and also the cars present are not my cup of tee. I am more into modern sports cars. Have fun and take pictures.

 

Keith... true that Saturday's show is vintage domestic iron, but Sunday will display plenty of modern exotica. I have it on good authority that the Enzo will be returning. Those who braved last years rainstorm will remember that Eduardo brought it out in the wet and even got it alittle muddy.

 

On the 6th, I'll be showing my Boxer at greenwich.
On the 12th I'll be Running with the Bulls.
on the 19th I'll be clicking my heels to bring me back to Earth!

Have a passenger for the running of the bulls?

 

I'll be showing my 1959 Porsche 356A Carrera GS/GT Speedster and my 1973 Porsche 911E on the 6th. Come over and check it out...that is if you all are game for looking at two of the nicest Porsches of their kind...the 1959 being only 1 of 2 of its kind in the world. Brumos racer '59-'63, just came out of hiding 3 months ago. Worth a look. Come over, say hi, I like meeting fellow car fanatics.

18th is the NH charity event. Hope to see some of you there. Soem of us are going up on the 17th and having a little party prior.

 

Maybe if they move the greenwich concours back another weekend for next year i'll be able to make it.

I have been wanting to come east to this event for a while. This is the perfect exuse to go visit my sister in Redding! It stinks that I won't have an Fcar with me as I don't feel like cruising in from AZ with one for a few days visit.

CT in the spring will definitely be better than the AZ inferno in June!!

I'm definitely going Sunday. I'll probably get there around opening @ 10am.

At this point it seems that they are predicting a cloudy weekend around 80 degrees.

 

Definitely looking forward to the show this year. I usually prefer to arrive later in the day so I can catch all the cars do the parade lap past the grandstand.

 

What's the plan for us all to get together once there? Meet at the Lola at a certain time?
