Hi gents, just back from the famous Hockenheim Ring, Germany. Today was Round 4 of the FIA GT Championship in Germany. Its just amazing!!!!!! Ferrari 550, 575, 360, Saleen S7, Lister Storm, Chrysler Viper GTS...a.s.o. The sound is incredible...no way to discribe....ask Carsten here from the board. We called me over mobil during the race...impossible!!!! Here are af ew pics from today....I have shot over 100 pics...maybe I will upload some more of them later
yeh, please post some more. I'm sure you had a beautiful day, certainly with the resault of the race .... 1 - 2 - 3 Ferrari ....... Yes,yes, yes
Hello here is the official overall result - only the Ferrari cars are mentioned: chassisnumbers in () 01) Bobbi / Gardel - 550 Maranello GTS (112886) 02) Capellari / Gollin - 550 Maranello GTS (108418) 03) Livio / Calderari / Bryner - 550 Maranello GTS (107617) 05) Naspetti / Hezemans - 575 M Maranello GTC (F131MGT 2218) 06) Peter / Babini - 575 M Maranello GTC (F131MGT 2216) 10) Pescatori / Simone - 360 Modena GTC (F131GTC 2050) 12) Longin / Khan / Bleiner - 575 M Maranello GTC (F131MGT 2202) 13) Goose - Kutemann / Daoudi - 575 M Maranello GTC ((F131MGT 2204) 15) Wendlinger / Wolff / Lechner - 575 M Maranello GTC (F131 MGT 2206) Interesting to see that the "old" 550 Maranello are again more reliable than the new 575 GTC. Fastest lap by Wendlinger / Wolff/ Lechner in their 575 M with 167,76 kph The Wieth-Racing 550 GTS (112133) did NOT appear at Hockenheim. I've taken several hundreds of quality pics which will be seen in different magazines all over the world. Maybe I send you a link to some online pics. Regards
Yes, Ferrari`s are the lucky winners. But please let me mention: Saleen S7 was definitiv the fastest!!!!! All Saleen cars didn`t finish.....broken, burned of, mechanical problems...a.s.o. And the Saleen was the best sounding monster Where have you been there???? Man, next time we should meet us for a drink.
Hi Wolfi Saleen S 7 cars....mh, who cares about broken and burning Saleen Well, I've been at the most exciting places: the 180° hairpin and the pitlane, not to forget the press rooms enjoying a great catering: delicious pasta, sandwiches w. cheese and ham, delicious cakes and coffee ... mhhh
About the catering......mhmmm......next time I`ll go there with a press ticket - yours sounds much better Are you on one of those pics?
