Does anyone know where I can find a tool kit for a 1988 TR?
Have you tried: ferrariliterature.com, maranello-literature.com, trutlands.com, Ferrari Market Letter and eBay? I've been piecing together a toolkit for my 67 330GT 2+2 which is expensive and time-consuming, but an 88 TR toolkit should be much cheaper and quicker to locate. Tom
I'd add Kurt White at www.ferraribooks.com to Tom's "possible source" list (although they don't specifically show a TR toolkit there): http://www.ferraribooks.com/tool_kits
DO you have the link? I just searched, but didn't see it. That seems high - Isn't it the same kit that comes with the 328? I see those go for around $300.
I think it is the same tool kit as the 328's. I was looking for one awhile back and the guys at Steve Harris Imports (http://ferrarisales.com) mentioned that they could still get them from the factory (I think). I have seen some show up on Ebay periodically (that's where I got my TR Jack kit, which was much harder to find).
Yes, this was for both tool bags which included the smaller tool pouch and the larger jack kit. There were about 43 pages of Ferrari parts listed on ebay but I can't remember which page it was on. You may be able to search for the word "Testa" and see what you come up with. Don't search "Testarossa" because some folks call it a Testa Rossa. I'm working remote from a slow hotel room connection tonight or I would look for it for you.

I would try Algar Ferrari (www.algarferrari.com) I purchased the tool kit for my 308QV (same kit as for your TR) from them about 2 years ago for $275.00. This included all of the tools minus the window crank which I later purchased for $20.00. When you call ask for Jeff in Parts. Ken
