wow. If she pulled out in front of you it's going to be her fault.

The same thing happend to a buddy of mine. He had a car in front of him contantly braking and when he legally started to pass the vehilcle, the vehicle pulled in front of him, causing him to slam into the back of it.

It was rulled in favor of my buddy, even though he crashed into the rear-end of the other vehicle.

As long as there was a police report made, and you have her insurance information. I think you'll pull through.

what was the look on the face of this woman driver when she saw what she had done?

No engineer here, but the batteries for the electric motor are in the rear - probably a tail heavy vehicle - see if insurance company/lawyer can come up with any unusual handling characteristics for this vehicle. Could be a "normal" sedan with single engine and proper weight distribution could have a safety edge over a two engine(gas and electric) with batteries over the rear axle. Get a copy of a Prius owners manual to see if there are any warnings to the Most manuals are 80% warnings. The thought here is that the design has to be a compromise and the loser is handling quality. Maybe she could have recovered in a normal vehicleSincerely hope there were no injuries.

That would have made the local Boston media outlets and placed in their top 5 stories. A cursory 30 minute web search of all available outlets revealed nothing. It is 7:30 PM in Boston as I post this.......

I have also reviewed the 86 or so posts this individual has made (and while I will reserve judgement on the type of character that they portray, you'll get my drift if you look at them yourself)........he claims to have owned an Enzo........IMHO all I can say is "this thread is worthless without pics and proof of ownership of both the current wrecked F430 and the previous Enzo".........

Maybe my "BS" detector is out of tune.......let's see.......I could be wrong. Apologies in advance if that is the case.........

In my city you can go on the police department website and look at the calls for service in any of the neighborhoods. Per incident, there is a description and what time it happened, and on what block. I wish his city or where this happened did the same...

you know, for someone that used to own an enzo, i would believe that you would have known the fact that the enzo is designed to split into two, as the vast majority of non-owners know, since you stated in one of your posts that you had no idea that it was designed to do so.
