Is it cool to post the dealership who took care of my Enzo problem? I'll post the story soon as I know the answere.
Sure you can. Post the related story and post some pics of your Enzo while your at it. Would love to hear what problem was resolved. Dealerships get mentioned on here all the time. Sometimes they are mentioned in favour of their superior service and great sales people. Sometimes they are flamed for poor service and lack of help ect.....Even poor workmanship. Post away please.
There are pics on the forum, its yellow and its lovely but personally i prefer Dothaters other cars! regards, Matthew
Sounds lovely. If he filled out his profile, then we would know what his other cars consist of. Would love to see pics of all his cars now that you metion it. Come on Dothater, post some pics of your car collection please.
I'm sleepy but i'll do my best. I took delivery of the Yellow Enzo(dont know the number, It was Federov's car). So it came from Michigan. I bought it with about 2475 miles on it. I had it for one day and I left for Africa/Europe for 3 months so I only had the chance to drive it about 30 miles, I went for a haircut took it home parked it and left for the airport, There were some pics of it posted here, I dont know how to do it but they are here, Its a nice car. After I was gone for 5-6 weeks into my trip my mechnic/good friend said there was a leak, so I had the car shipped to BeverlyHills Ferrari where I bought it, It was out of warantee and needed a new steering rack, thats not a off-the-rack part now, dont know if it ever was. needless to say it was expensive and ALOT of labor. SO BH Ferrari sold me a car out of warantee that I hardly used which put us both in a tigt spot. They had to get the part for the factory which was cool I wasnt back yet anyways. At the end of the day they fixed the car for free to me, It was very expensive(i'm keeping that private) the point is that Bryant and Jockomo took care of the problem abd went above and beyond. I'll be doing lots of bussiness there. What ever negitave things that you might have heard in the past are just that they are great guys too work with. thanks again to the staff at Beverly Hills Ferrari.
Beautiful car(s)! http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=107729 Cool that it all worked out for you.
You know i had a dream last night that i owned a yellow Enzo. Its funny how a thread can influence you're dreams. Bummer is I'd much rather have the Diablo
If you bought a resale from B.H.Ferrari you are entitled to a 90 day warranty on the car excluding body parts, clutch, brakes etc.
Eric - Good to see your back posting. Any details on the African safari? That would be a cool write-up............
I know your car now. Very sexy in yellow. You are a lucky guy. Good to hear the dealer fixed for you, as I reckon they should done have also. Hopefully they can keep up the good work. If a steering rack replacement isnt available off the shelf for the Enzo, did they have to rebuild yours did they?
i dont know, next time i talk to them i'll find out for sure, i think it was all new not re-built, the car drives great i have about 50 miles on it now. lol. the steering is lighter since it was fixed much like the CS.
