Billed as "The most exhaustive survey in F1 history", the FIA is asking for feedback mid-season to learn from fans what they think of the state of the sport and where things should be headed in the future.

Here's your chance to weigh in with Max on what you think of tire changes, safety, television coverage, press coverage, current and future regulation of F1, pit-stop strategies, new qualifying rules, and the affect technology has on the sport.

    From the survey's website:

    Let your voice be heard

In 2005 the FIA, the governing body of world motor sport, backed by global technology leader AMD, launched the largest opinion survey ever undertaken in motor sport.

The response to the first FIA/AMD Formula One Survey was overwhelming and all of those who took the time to complete it have helped shape the future of our sport.

In 2006 we want to build on this success and to give even more Formula One fans the chance to be heard.

As a bonus you will be entered into a draw to win an Acer Ferrari laptop powered by AMD, or one of 50 signed F1 driver caps (terms and conditions apply)."
