Hey guys, I've noticed a few posts recently were people havn't had access to a TV channel that broadcasts F1 live, and have had no luck searching online. Last year I had the same problem and came across a program called TVUplayer which freely broadcasts the SpeedTV channel - this kept sane by giving me my live fortnightly F1 fix. Was interesting to watch F1 from the American point of view as opposed to the European ITV crew. Check it out over at http://www.tvunetworks.com/ TVUplayer broadcasts a fairly high quality stream and can be a problem for users with slower internet connections. If this is the case - the other day I was notified of another site that broadcasts it online via a webpage. Check it out at http://itv-80.vo.llnwd.net/d1/broadband/f1/simulcastPlayer.html I havn't had a go at testing it yet but it looks like a very useful website - especially with Practices being broadcasted! and no, I dont work for them I just know how annoying it can be missing out on watching live F1! Especially when a news update pops up out of nowhere to spoil the race before you can watch the replay.. Hope this helps!
Looks like the "Wheels" channel on TVU that streams Speed has gone missing. There is a thread about it over in their forums: Where did Wheels go?? Hopefully it comes back before the start of the race as I probably won't have another way to watch it. I believe that ITV only streams Friday Practice 1 & 2 and Qualifying, not the actual race. >8^) ER

Very good stuff from ITV, it's way better than STARSPORTS from my pay TV, the only downside being their bias towards McLaren/Hamilton, well it's understandable as they're from Britain.

Me three! ITV coverage in Q was very good after decades of watching Speed here in the US. Hope the Beeb can match what I saw in qualy today when they get it next year. Even Blunders was ok. Is this link good for the race, Toe Knee?
Thank you thank you thank you! The usual suspects are all at the race, as it's just up the coast, but I'm stuck in Dubai with no other way to watch. On the bright side, (I guess) I was supposed to go into hospital today for surgery but they called and said "sorry, we're full" again...so I get to see the GP after all. And Mrs Dubai even bought me a Schumacher bio to read in hospital. Anyone read the James Allen treatment? I'm not a fan, but I was to polite to tell her. She also got me an RC F2005 to play with while I'm recuperating. So a good day after all. Anyone else need a beer?
Hmm, I think it's one of those enjoy it while it lasts type scenarios. We might go thru afew url's throughout the season, just keep checking this thread every race weekend I guess

Again, thanks for the link. I can't even search for proxy links in the UK as my ISP, the UAE government, uses a proxy server to block anything they don't like, such as Pr0n and VOIP (internet telephony) such as skype. All the proxy sites are blocked and I'm just not clever enough to get around them, so thanks for the link; you're a dude, dude!
