What I had set up and handy -- Canon 30D and 100-400L. And the background could not have been worse -- A rest stop!

Now, if I ever get more time with that kind of car, or an Enzo...... Time for rolling shots, 2/3 vehicle, lighting...... ;}

Tax Dr. -- Most Generous Ferrari Owner of the Decade!!!

Tax Dr.,
First, a few words to Everyone if I may, you all have NO IDEA how nice of a man you're speaking with on here. I've finally gotten the time to sit down and write about my first experience with this wonderful Ferrari owner, who embodies the passion that all of us share for Ferrari, but do what very few owners are willing to do, allow others he BARELY KNOWS to drive AND experience his passion!!! Few Ferrari owners, let alone Ferrari owners with a Scud 16M, 599GTB and an ENZO, would allow different individuals to drive his cars and really see what owning a Ferrari would really be like!!! Frankly, I've never dreamt of meeting such a nice tifosi, who is not only generous with his Ferraris, but is just a great guy overall. A few weeks back, he gave me the pleasure of taking time out of HIS DAY, to allow me to drive his Scuderia 16M and I'm still excited now just thinking about the experience I had. We went all over, up on 287, Rt. 80, and then back to his gorgeous house, it was breathtaking!!! He's just a great guy with A GREAT car, excuse me, GREAT WORK OF ART and there is simply, nothing I could do to repay him for the fun I had. The 16M is literally the fastest spider I have ever driven and in my opinion, HANDS DOWN the fastest, most beautiful spider OUT THERE right now. Gallardo who? Scratch that, this Ferrari is the end all, be all, of convertibles on the street right now!! Flick the paddle down from 5th to 4th (or even 6th to 5th) and you feel a SURGE and hear a SOUND that can't be imitated or re-created ANYWHERE on the PLANET (other than Maranello)!!! I'm rambling, so I'll stop, but TAX DR. has just blessed me and I can't thank you enough for the experience. TAX DR., that's why you deserve the award for MOST GENEROUS FERRARI OWNER OF THE DECADE!! A million thanks!! FORZA FERRARI!!!

Mark

Saw/drove the Enzo in a rally with Fof LI on Sunday. One final repair/tweak should be completed this week. Hope to have Enzo back at my house by the weekend. Call me at the end of the week.

Hey Tax-Dr, I'm also a college student home on break and from reading this whole thread I could not believe that there is someone who lives so close by to me(NYC) who is so welcoming about their car collection. If you have the time and availability, I would really appreciate being able to see your Ferrari Enzo.

Thanks,
Allan
