Bakers of Milford MI Exotic car day..

How many are interested ?? One of the largest cruises around ( sometimes up to 1000 cars )..... I was thinking maybe we can get a gaggle of exotics there this coming Sunday. Weather is looking great...sunny 75. Restaurant and DQ is across the street. Fun time. www.bakersofmilford.com about three miles north of I-96 on Milford Rd. Let me know if you think you'll be there, and I'll block off a section.......a few Elises will be there ( including mine ) ANY exotics also welcome !

Before I shoot off some emails...

Does Bakers have some small $ car entry for the cruise in? I don't park in ~that~ section, so I'm not sure.

could work...

combine with a little drive too.

Nope....no cost at all... ( I think they make it up with their restaurant business.....) Dairy Queen does quite well also !..... June 14th they have live entertainment. It "officially" starts at 3 pm, but 1 pm is a better number for a parking space.

Ok, I sent out a mass email... it would be a very successful gathering if 1/2 show up.

Still a few others I don't have email for that I'll call that I think I can get out there.

I have a route planned before the cruise in for those interested.

Ummm, I dunno how "exotic" I am, but I've been hitting Baker's most every Sunday. No cost, friendly folks, plus never know what you will see there! Unfortunately, I'll be into Ontario this weekend for an Acura NSX meet. I'd really enjoy seeing an "exotic" showing there (even though I realize that Baker's Cruise-In is all about 50-60-70's USA muscle) so if held at a later date I'm all in.

Well, I don't really consider the Lotus an exotic either !..... Bakers has changed somewhat over the years..not so much american muscle guys as CAR guys...they seem to be pretty open to anything that shows up. ( unlike some other local cruise nights ) I just like cars; the faster the better....with a soft spot for Ferrari's ( 308's a fav ) Lambos and McLarens.

Bakers, of course! Just last Sunday I wasn't there long... had a Hockey game to go watch.

I've met you for certain before at Autozone here or there

It's amazing how many people CAN'T figure out what my licence plate means. ( even RACING people ! ) ( it's what the Lotus does best-rather than go in a straight line )

Kestrel... shoot me an email, and I'll send you some of the details... basically, meet at Gilbert Willis memorial park in Wixom, MI at 11:30 am if you want to do the drive.

Currently, I've got a few cars... hopefully more will show up than responded...

Best
-Isaac

Looks like rain this morning UGH. So needless to say, wet roads are no fun...But I'll definately be at Bakers after about 1 ( or whenever it stops precipitating. )
