    Just installed 430 tubi after debating for last 2 weeks. Could not be happier with sound. Stock sounded fine if you were at the 'sweet spot' in the rev range. Tubi is solid sound throughout. If anybody wants to buy a430 stock system (same as Stradale} please PM me. Only has 600 miles.

    Is it a misconception that the OEM exhaust is really not that great....Tubi really needed?

    It is not about need...it is about want. I like the sound and I like the look so I wrote the check.

    If I recall the exhaust was about $4k but don't hold me to it.

    There will always be owners who want to mod their car, to personalize it. Nothing wrong with that at all. But the stock exhaust is pretty awesome. I don't think anybody disagrees that the stock 360 exhaust must go, but the 430 is a very different situation.

    About $4800. However, you could order only the tips and valves for $2800.

    You're saying the F430 exhaust is the same as the CS's? As in, it will fit a 360? ;)

    I compared the product number on my 430 exhaust with that of a stradale and they are the same.

    TUBI= $3750.00 + tax
    Install= 3 hours @ 165/hour

    I had my done at the local Ferrari dealer so they can't deny any warrenty issues in the future.

    Modding your car is something you want to be very careful about. Especially an Fcar. It ain't no Porsche where modding is a way of life.

    I think the F430 is too quiet from inside the cabin. I'd replace it with a Tubi in a heatbeat.

    Please, for someone new to the different exhaust systems. What is the difference between a Tubi with and without valves?

    Thanks, Al
