what films have you found yourself watching more than once? i know some of my friends will NEVER watch a film more than once, whereas others will watch something i think is crap every dam day. so it's obvious there's no accounting for taste, as it depends on what it does to you personally. so, what movies do you like to watch frequently/regulary, and of particular interest, what movies were you willing to go to the theatre to see more than once? me...? movies i saw at the cinema 3 times: se7en reservoir dogs pulp fiction 12 monkeys heat usual suspects movies i've watched frequently (half dozen or more times) on various mediums (not so much recently ): clueless ace ventura an affair to remember heathers interview with the vampire kalifornia dream a little dream office space starship troopers (best CG movie EVER) lost boys evil dead III (army of darkness [most quotable movie EVER]) ferris beuhler's day off/breakfast club (same movie basically ) batman (ONLY the first one) the crush pump up the volume there ya go.
I have watched Bad Boys 1 and 2, as well as the Fast and the ****ty 1 and 2. It's just a way to remember the lowest part of my quality scale. The Million Dollar Hotel ... only time I did not watch a movie to the end. Actually, I'm more the guy that watches those movies that others hate ... LOL
Scarface i can watch that over and over Dumb and Dumber Both Ace Venturas Back to the future part 2, i can recite the whole movie w/o the movie Dawn of the Dead, saw it 3 times in theaters The only movie where i walked out of the theater was Joe Dirt, i couldnt stand it anymore
Road house at least once a month. Highlander the first one. The wraith. Iron eagle. Top gun. Rocky. all of them. Scarface.
Hands down, The Devils Advocate. I can't seem to escape this movie, it's always on at least one channel at any given moment, and I always find myself watching it. The best part being Al P.'s speech at the end with Reeves. -DC
Animal House Young Frankenstein Blazing Saddles El Dorado Patton Ghandi Goldmember About a half dozen Bond films, Brosnan and Connery only. Matrix Fifth Element True Grit Tombstone Grosse Point Blank Monty Python - almost any of them. I have tons of movies on DVS that get multiple plays.
The THomas Crown Affair (not the crappy old one with a mismatched soundtrack and a horrid plot) Oceans 11 (old and new) The Out-of-Towners (old one, the new one was cute, but not as good) Boiler Room Wall Street Rogue Trader Meet the Parents Van Wilder Pretty Woman Brosnan Bond flicks Office Space (that movie is so accurate)
I just saw Man On Fire at the cinema, and wow, what a gripping film. Definately will be buying it on DVD when it comes out. Reminded me alot of the film Traffic, which was also excellent.
